WebMMF component OS integration could be better

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the WebMMF components
2. Click on a WebM file in Windows explorer
OR
2. View a folder that contains WebM files in Windows explorer (with view mode 
set to content, medium/large/xlarge icons, or tiles)

What is the expected output? 
A thumbnail from the video stream (if present)

What do you see instead?
The WMP player icon.

What version are you using? On what Windows version?
WebmMF v0.0.0.25 on Windows 7.  Should apply to Vista, 2k8, and 2k8R2 as well.

Please provide any additional information below.
