DirectShow asserts with audio CodecPrivate length of 0. #388

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open attached file.
2. DS asserts mkvparsestreamaudio.cpp line:129 cp_size > 0
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the file to playback the video stream. This works in the MF 
filters.

What version are you using? On what Windows version?
