Remove same directory restriction on WebM Dash player. #406

The WebM Dash javascript player must be kept in the same directory and include 
all the files from the adaptive and shared directories. The audio, video and 
manifest files must be placed in the adaptive directory.

Remove the restriction that audio, video, and manifest files must be placed in 
the same directory.
