ie9 play webm crash #430

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.ie9 error occurred using html5 play video.
2.Use Xampp to build the network with all kinds of browser testing html5 video 
tag. 
3.To found ie9 play webm caused by the application pop-up webmmfsource32.dll 
crash error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Such as pictures

What version are you using? On what Windows version?
win 7 sp1 x86

Please provide any additional information below.

I was able to duplicate the error by playing new.webm in WMP.

This bug is very old. new.webm is not available anymore. If this is still an 
issue please put the file yup and we can try and fix it.
