webdirectshow may support more formats as input #515

vp8 encoder filter only support a little YUV fomats, not support more.such as 
RGB.
it is not a good idea to use FFDSHOW RAW Video,and write a transform filter for 
vp8 
encoder is so hard.

many times,i have to use H.264 dshowfilter,as WebM is a so good pro.
so, i need your help.

By design the encoder needs YV12, other filters provide this.
