vpxenc status input frames - remove #565

Status shows

Pass 2/2 frame   26/1     108553B   38834 ms 1493.65 ms/f [ETA 107:51:50] ←[K

where 26 is the input frame
1 is the output frames

Input frames are not interesting.
the obfuscate the status/output.
Could it be removed?

Prefer the frame count shows total frames
1/10000 where 1 is output frames
10000 is total frames in the movie that will be encoded.

LibVPX was never supposed to be an end user tool

We can look at cleaning up some of these end-user features at a later date.
