vpxenc vp9 status shows wrong ms/f #587

Using May 12 vpxenc v1.2.0-2099-gb4e3909 status shows
Pass 2/2 frame 133155/133130 1383791942B 1125712435 ms 8454.15 ms/f [ETA 
108:16:58] 45.420 44.606 46.211 50.090    5017F

Using Jun 14 vpxenc v1.2.0-3097-g0b7910b
Pass 2/2 frame   44/19     15245B  389187 ms 8845.18 ms/f [ETA 1122:09:08] 66.87

The ms/f is based on input frames (e.g. 44), but should be based on output 
(e.g. 19) frames.

If I turn off lag, the numbers are more accurate
Pass 2/2 frame   14/13     14060B  241796 ms 17271.21 ms/f [ETA 1172:00:01] 
←[K66.873 65.112 100.000 100.000      54F

Can the status be changed from input to output frames for ms/f and ETA?
