Please add tarball for 1.2.0 release to Google Code project #615

The 1.2.0 has released for quite some time now, and there still isn't a tarball 
in the Google Code project. Please add it ASAP.

Are you unable to use git, for some reason? Please describe your specific need 
for a tarball vs git. Thanks.

Hi, some projects/mini distros like mxe[1] need an upstream tarball in order to 
add a package.

Also, if I am an user who wants to download the latest release of libvpx, I 
would probably look directly at your download page on Google Code. As only 
1.1.0 is present there, I of course would think that is the latest version, 
which is not true.
