high cpu causes overheating/fail #621

Running all cpus at 100% for extended periods of time (>24 hrs) causes my 
system to overheat and fail.

Could you add an option in vpxenc to go to sleep to avoid it?

Ideally detect overheating and sleep until cpu is cool enough to continue.  But 
sleeping every N hours might suffice.

worked as intended, this happens on almost all intel processors since last
