3G 16GB iOS 3.1.3.
In the settings I switched Kuaidial Incoming call - Show contact number is on.
Incoming call. I pressed the "volume -" and mute the ringer. After I pressed 
the "sleep" and rejected the call. Phone asleep. When I turn the phone on 
again, translucent strip with contact number was left on the screen over any 
process for 1 minute.
