Search contact in blacklist/whitelist #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. settings > KuaiDial > BlackList > BlackList > Select contact

Expect to see list of contacts in ascending order in names, but i see there is 
no orders and make search for contact a hassle. 

I am using KuaiDial ver 0.2.2 beta1 on IOS 4.1

Please provide any additional information below.

I find there is a lot of features in kuaidail. But without any user manual, i 
cannot utilized the features built in. Appreciate a user manual on how to use 
the features. If you are ok, i don't mind help you to work out on the user 
manual.
