Problem when receiving blacklisted call while already on a call #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Be on a call
2.Receive a call from someone on blacklist
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to remain on my call uninterrupted.  Instead, I was disconnected and 
locked out of the Phone app.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.0b7-27 on ios 4.0.1
