What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a contact in phone book : Name = Test ; Phone = +658345098
2. Type in dial 08345098
3. dial couldn't find it. It can not replace a local / country code with '0'
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to be like original Apple dial, skip country code check.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.1_beta

Problem caused by country code search algorithm.
