关于号码前缀 #88

关于号码前缀 , 由於台灣手機是09XX開頭
但國際撥號則是要+8869XX , 需將最前碼的0去掉.
播17951時則是需要再加00 , 所以是17951008869XX
是否有可能讓使用者自行定義号码前缀時是否要取代最前面��
�碼的功能?
e.g. 自定義 replace 0 to 1795100886 (only first 0)
