[Q-A]使用方法询问：tabbar点击动画失效 #417

My issue:

我在viewWillAppear:(BOOL)animated方法中调用重新加载wkwebVIew的reload方法，底部的tabbarItem点击的动画失效了，

听描述不相关的两个行为, 暂时排查是bug.
