Reasons for rejecting it and changing the severity to "veryLow": You are currently in the overview tab rather than the patient tab. You should be able to find the updated patient list under the patient tab. So this is the correct behaviour.

Reason for disagreement: It does not make sense if someone is no longer your patient (deleted), but you still have appointments with him or her.

Reason for disagreement: This problem is not purely cosmetic.

With the patient's appointment still showing in the overview tab, the user can be confused about whether they have deleted the patient or not.

This happens every time a user tries to delete a patient.

Thus, the severity is not very low.
