environment settings #4

Hi I put ppal in my_mmdet/mmdet/ppal, but cannot get Retina_XXX_Head. KeyError: 'RetinaQualityEMAHead is not in the models registry' Can you help telling more how to set environment to work?

I check it out : add two lines into train.py and test.py from mmdet.ppal.datasets import from mmdet.ppal.models import
