ApplyBoxes Failures and overlapped etc.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. tesseract.log is attached
2.  kana.tif attached
3.  kana.box attached
Problem has become routine . If the tips are given how to prevent/overcome
the APPLY BOXES for benefit of people training tesseract. for example.
attached kana.tif with its tesseract.log. from the tif file it could
clearly be seen sufficient space between two characters existed and boxes
not overlapped, but still why Fatality apply boxes error displayed? Is it
not possible to generate patch or fix to overcome the fatality?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
winXP all versions.

Please provide any additional information below.
