[Bug]: Resistance value not properly calculated #19

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

The amount of displayed resistance overlay borders is not properly calculated. See below for a clear description on behaviors.

all v3.0.0 alpha versions - both forge and fabric

To Reproduce

  1. get the resistance effect
  2. the resistance borders will show up one for each 5 levels of the resistance effect

Expexted Behavior

two resistance borders will show up per level of the resistance effect
