As a Manager I need the hosting of the catalogue in the cloud So that access is easily achieved

Details and Assumptions

Different users in different locations need to access the catalogue
The relevant catalogue should be readily available at all times

Acceptance Criteria

Given the catalogue is hosted in the cloud
When a user enters the catalogue
Then the most recent version is readily available
