running notes populates preexisting file

RunningNotesUpdate

There are two types of data being pulled in this script:

• full paragraphs from within SNWG Monthly multi-project meeting notes
• titles from agendas completely dedicated to the specified project

Each file title should be compared to the information found in the table; if the file title is found, no further processing is needed for that file and the script moves on. If not found, the file is processed as either a monthly update or an agenda update and populated in the correct format within the table.

Implementation Considerations

• monthly titles are found in cell 1 and hyperlinked
• agenda titles are found in cell 2 and hyperlinked

Deliverable

• [ ] A running notes document that does not duplicate entries

With current organization, running notes may be obsolete. Am considering deleting the files and the scripts.
