Action Items Push to status to document takes a long time to run

Description

the status of actions (column B) should be pushed from the spreadsheet to their source document(column A). It's currently taking a long time to execute; as more action items are added, the length of the run time will only expand. Spreadsheet: SNWG MO Action Tracking

Implementation Considerations

• items can remain open for months, so can't just push only actions within the last month or 90 or 180 days
• once an item is marked done, it will not be opened back up
