Currently agendas are generated whenever a meeting owner creates a new event on the IMPACT conference room shared calendar. add function that limits creation to events that the meeting owner is specifically attending.
Definitions for the purposes of this script:
meeting owner: the creator of an event. The owner does not necessarily attend the meeting.
meeting attendee: someone specifically invited to a google calendar event through the event
