`.eval` CMD to evaluate JS

JS interpreter as a command, for when you want to calculate math or other stuff

Was originally gonna be a .calc command for math only, but we might as well have a full JS interpreter if it's more flexible AND EASIER to do (included in Java, while the expression evaluators require messing with Maven dependencies n stuff)

Welp, turns out that scripting API is deprecated, so I'm making it use GraalVM instead.
