As a prominent chef, I wish to contribute some delicious recipes to the site's database so that I can receive input from people that try out my recipe's.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Platform that allow users to upload their own recipe for everyone.
  2. Uploaded recipes that gotten 100 likes will get a "Chef hat" icon that will be prioritize to appear at the top of the Community page.
