[x] look into using docker
[x] create docker file
[x] build and push to docker hub.
[x] reflect changes in travis.yml and see if that shortens time.
[x] cry. cry hard.

Travis definitely shortens down now that a docker image is being pulled, down to a much more acceptable 2 minutes. just need to figure out how to get docker to run code.
