Description: What does this PR do?

Briefly, but clearly describe what you did, and explain any new code.

All necessary elements are on the dashboard (though not styled)
A user can click "start quest" and be taken to a playable chess game against a computer making random moves
The splash page is styled and has a placeholder button for where the form needs to go

What are the relevant tickets?

Closes #21

Bugs:

Are there any concerns, issues, or bugs in this branch? If so describe them.

All styling is placeholder positioning or nothing at all.
This is just the necessary elements
