Improvement and Custom Attributes #137

Custom Attributes: Allow Server Owners to customize Classes / Factions with certain Attributes thru Configurations. Like using the Class files or something similar. Ej: Combine Assassin - Max Endurance & Agility both on 50%, etc.

Scanner Pictures: At the moment, Scanner Pictures are really useless because of the high amount of Noise or Distortion + Being super Dark. I would suggest making the photo a bit more easier to see.

Im not doing it by my self because i don't understand Lua (yet, possibly in the future i will learn it somehow T.T)

Yes, we should be able to customize our Faction/Class attributes

Boosting Attribute, Class Attribute Bonus, Faction Attribute Bonus, Attribute Query..

I got the idea. I'll work on it.
