[Moar Suggestion] Joining Quiz #139

This suggestion has been posted on Chessnut Forums but i bring it here in case @rebel1324 can work something with the Suggestion made.

Request by: ThatScottishGuy Forum Post: http://chessnut.info/forums/index.php?topic=94.0 Suggestion: A great addition to this already amazing framework would be a joining quiz that can be enabled/disabled in the configuration depending on how serious/non-serious the server is. This would weed out the less-serious roleplayers from the more serious-roleplay servers.

I was amazed that it didn't have this already, unless I've been instructed wrongly and that it in fact does have a quiz.

God I hate these things, they dont work and only annoy players but hey as long as it can be disabled go for it I guess.

That's the idea, being able to disable it for semi-serious servers or non-serious ones :)

Uh i agree to that. May simply a tick quiz
