What is happening?

how do i block certain itens to be sold?

What did you expect to happen?

I tried to use the plugin config but it didnt fina anything related

You use the permission nodes, not the config.

Also for further questions please use the discord, forum or discussion. This is for bugs and feature requests with the latest versions which you are not even running.
