This has to be page very similar to news feed of instagram. The posts by people on this page may consist of blogs, images, write-ups of few lines, appeal, request or other things or information that they may like to share with rest of the gentry.

Sure I can do that ,but I have a slightly different idea for the navbar I was thinking of something similar to this one

where initially the white one would show up on screen and when the user hovers near the logo then the dark themed extended nav bar would pop up

I can see that the white one here is the dashboard of Miro Board if I am not wrong.

So, about the pop-up thing if you see, the one I sent is very similar. It will only come out when one clicks that dashboard button like in windows. So, you can do this thing which is almost similar. Let me know what you can understand from this and want to do.

Nope that's not miro's dashboard , that's bimsync's workstation dashboard !

And the link which you provided had "ultranet " written and on clicking the hamburger menu it lead us to the extended navbar, so , I guess your one looks more visually attractive, we should take that up.

So should I submit a wireframe first or a prototype of the design and please let me know if you have any particular color preferences.

Something similar to first image would look good, not the dark theme.

and please let me know what features should I add in the navbar ,that will open once someone clicks on the icon at the top left corner of the page.

This is somewhat very hazy and unclear. The one which I sent above, it will be great even if you implement that as it is. That is a structured design with tabs and navbar as well as feed in place. We would like to have design same as of that only.
