Restore AutomataCI to use PROJECT_SKU instead of PROJECT_SKU_TITLECASE #265

Description

The current AutomataCI automation tool is using PROJECT_SKU_TITLECASE which caused a large number of confusion. Hence, let's restore it back to using PROJECT_SKU.

Expected Behavior

AutomataCI is using standardized PROJECT_SKU in its release automation tools.

Current Behavior

AutomataCI is still using PROJECT_SKU_TITLECASE in its release automation tools.
