.internals: ensures release script does not pack AutomataCI's changelogs #270

It appears the AutomataCI's changelogs are packed as part of src/ package which is undesirable. Hence, let's update the current script not to do so.

This patch ensures the release script does not pack AutomataCI's changelogs in .internals/ directory.
