Description

The current release script is packing AutomataCI's specific changelog data files which is not required for all the clients. Hence, let's upgrade the infra script not to include in.

Expected Behavior

Infra release script no longer pack AutomataCI's specific changelog data files.

Current Behavior

Infra release script is still packing AutomataCI's specific changelog data files.
