Please provide any additional information below.
Namecheap Sandbox used here, I have not attempted to try through Production /
Live.
I validated that the email address was properly being passed through correctly,
which it was.
There is really not much more I can look into since most the module files are
encoded.

I'm putting it out there, I am willing to work along with a namecheap developer
to get this issue resolved, if thats what it takes.
How many others out there are having this problem? Does anyone have this
working correctly with the namecheap sandbox?

Having the same problem here. Does anyone know a workaround, I'm not feeling
like using the production env for testing...

Ok got an answer from the fellas over at namecheap, I was trying to activate a
PositiveSSL certificate which is not supported by their sandbox, switching over
to RapidSSL solved my problem, hope this helps you guys out.
