domain name not found (transfer page issue I think as it doesn't redirect after orders. #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In test mode try to register a domain.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

First there is a delay (page doesn't refresh) then if you hit refresh it says 
that there was an error registering the domain and the error is that the domain 
name was not found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

WHM 11.26.8
CENTOS 5.5 x86_64 standard on server1 

with whmcs Version: 4.2.1 (namecheap alpi updated from here latest release as 
of 2 days ago).

Please provide any additional information below.
