Auto close when close all tab #16

I open one folder and close all tab and Ide auto close.

I think it should not close when all tab was closed:

wait user choose to open another file.
optional: open new tab named: united when closing all tab.

This issue has been fixed in v1.4.3 update colon to latest version and enjoy
