add prettier #112

this removes generated files. please accept this pr

when done, you can run npm run format for it to generate on all files. please make sure to do that after accepting the pr, adn commit those changes

Hello @Geczy,

Thank you for your PR! It's great to see your effort in improving the code quality and consistency using Prettier.

It looks like you've covered a lot of ground in this PR, including the addition of types, updating .gitignore, and most importantly, adding Prettier. I appreciate your work on these fronts.

Also, I suggest we split this PR into smaller ones in the future to make the review process more manageable. Reviewing, discussing, and merging smaller, focused changes is generally easier.

Once the PR is merged, I will make sure to run npm run format and commit those changes as you advised.
