Also let users set SSH_USERNAME and SSH_PASSWORD independently.

Whoops, look's like you've made some changes since I cloned last night.

Also I don't know JS worth a damn. Do I have to call the async isRootless from utils.js with await in index.js? It seems to work fine without the await, and that confuses me.
