Mark new position of output markers

Output markers are currently placed in reference to the grid. This is good
as a default. 

Allow users to move these markers to arbitrary locations and allow adding
output markers with names

Rather than arbitrary locations, the output markers as defined in dsm2 are 
linked to 
channels and distances from upnodes. These kind of output markers should be 
moved to 
only within the channel lengths or have ability to edit the channel they are 
linked to 
by moving them in the the vicinity of those channels.
