Node markers don't disappear properly #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a file with some node markers
2. Click on hide markers check box and verify that markers disappear
3. Markers reappear if the map is dragged to another location or on zoom in/ 
zoom out

If the node hide check box is checked, markers should not reappear.
