Place new nodes without location information intelligently #28

Currently new nodes are just placed south of Sacramento. That can easily be 
improved by placing nodes closest to the nodes they are connected to by way of 
channels. In the worst case of unconnected nodes, place them at the upper left 
corner of all nodes
