Display cross sections along the channel outline with location and top width displayed #31

Currently cross sections are referenced from upnode position and are displayed 
at the same time with color varying as function of distance from upnode. 
This feature would allow a visualization of the cross section location along 
the channel flow line. It would also represent the top width at elevation 0 to 
give the user a feel for the top width of channels. In addition it would be 
selectable by clicking on the channel and only the selected cross section would 
then be displayed in a cross sectional view.
