Display channel related value in a color scale #35

Add an option to display channel related values in  a color scale. Two of the 
obvious ones are mannings and dispersion. The display can either color code the 
channel connection line or the channel flow line. 

In addition, user may upload a csv file of values where the channel ids are 
associated with other values. These values are referenced by the column name 
defined in the first row of this csv file. The user is then given a drop down 
of those column names, upon selection of which the channels are colored using 
the color scale option specified.

Also make sure that these displays can be bookmarked and shared independently 
of whether or not the study itself is shared. Again the sharing is either 
public or private with individual emails.
