Bathymetry data display along with X-section #4

a. Select x-section from bathymetry data
b. save selected x-section and its associated dsm2 input file representation
c. show map tiles with bathymetry data
d. Draw xsections from bathmetry data

Add the cross sectional generated from a DEM. The cross section tool would 
display both the raw bathymetry data in the vicinity of the cross section as 
well as the initial cross section generated from the DEM. The cross section 
generated can then be hand edited if necessary. The cross section line would be 
forced to be perpendicular to the flow line that it cuts across.
