Need a separate view for user comments #45

Currently the map can be annotated with text markers that contain user 
specified text.

Need a separate view so this does not clutter to the input or output view of 
the model.

Furthermore a rich text editor is provided for a single page of write up on the 
study. 

Time series annotations should be looked into as well and how to link them into 
this freeform text.
