Plot network with nodes' size based on degree number #1

Hi, thank you very much for this excellent package. Is there a way to plot a network setting the nodes' size based on their degree number? And to modify the alpha of the nodes ? Cheers, Guillaume

Which way are you using to plot the network? Actually, every method has its way to visualize the node size according to the degree. I will check it after I get your way.
