Please help out here, I have created micro table and extracted the samples https://chiliubio.github.io/microeco_tutorial/meconetcomp-package.html. What are the next steps now to get separated networks for each sampling locations. Kindly please give the codes for that. Best

Hi. For the network creation, please see the trans_network class part in the tutorial (https://chiliubio.github.io/microeco_tutorial/model-based-class.html#trans_network-class).

Dear Sir Thank you So I need to extract samples for each group separately and then make network. Once I will create the network with all these set parameters, can I share the files with you for having a look. Thanks and Regards
