EXPLORER BACKEND: Config parameters for 'climateWarehouses' and 'climateWarehousesNode' should be paired #106

These config parameters affect what is displayed in the wallet 'climateWarehouses' and where the link out to CADT goes to 'climateWarehousesNode'.

Ideally, these should all be pairs. You tell the wallet where data comes from, and you tell the wallet where data is hosted for viewership.

Default values should be set to observer node.
