Climate Portal / Tokenization Engine does not seem to have any knowledge of the CHIA_ROOT environment variable. It always loads its configuration from {home}/.chia/climate-portal and keys/certificates from {home}/.chia/mainnet./...
Changing this would be straightforward and shouldn't exceed an hour of work less verification/testing/migration planning.
